To serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency cleanliness and friendliness.
Removes frozen meat/entree in time for proper thawing from freezer to refrigerator.
Cooks meat/entree appropriately seasoned.
Cleans up preparation area equipment dining area and other facilities.
Prepares food to serve on time.
Arranges and garnishes serving line.
Properly stores and labels leftovers.
Does assigned tasks such as cleaning oven every Friday etc.
Fills in for other staff in case of emergency.
Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Boards policy on evaluation of personnel.
