Job Description

Join us as a Learning & Development Facilitator and help drive growth across our teams! This exciting role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia and requires availability for 4 days per week 30.4 hours).

Exploring the role

The Learning and Development Facilitator plays a key role in building capability across our organisation by creating and delivering impactful training programs tailored to the needs of our employees and service providers. With a strong focus on the Employment Services industry (currently DES WFA TtW) this role ensures our teams have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding support to our clients.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver a wide range of training aligned with CoActs L&D framework and other professional development initiatives
  • Facilitate both facetoface and virtual sessions including workshops webinars and conferences for Service Partners
  • Collaborate with operational teams to capture best practices and create industryrelevant training materials
  • Research training topics using government guidelines white papers books and subject matter experts
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that improve knowledge retention and application
  • Define clear learning outcomes and support Service Partners in achieving them
  • Monitor and report on elearning progress through the LMS

A little about you

  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels including senior management
  • Clear communicator adaptable and resilient
  • Experience in Employment Services (currently DES WFA TtW contracts)
  • Skilled in delivering both virtual and facetoface training
  • Strong at planning lessons and developing curriculum
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to write clear engaging instructional content and scripts
  • Experienced in creating and curating elearning materials
