At Baxter Healthcare Corporation you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to deliver healthcare solutions. What youll be doing:
As a Tender Office Specialist you will:
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the tender process from start to finish ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.
- Collaborate with differents departments to gather and analyze required documentation for tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit tender documents
- Maintain and update a database of all tenderrelated information and documents.
- Provide insightful analysis of market trends and competitor activities to figure out best strategies for tender success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Efficiently implement strategies to improve tender win rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives.
What youll bring:
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Previous experience preferably within the healthcare industry.
- A strong understanding of the tender process and healthcare market dynamics.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and italian both written and spoken.
