Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the site. Reporting to the Program Manager and receiving guidance from the clients Transportation Management Team the CSR will thrive in a fastpaced and fun environment. The primary responsibilities of this position include basic traffic control effective communication of shuttle arrivals and providing the best commuting options to and from the site. The CSR will ensure a positive experience for all visitors while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
