Job Description
Primary Purpose:
Direct and manage all state and federal programs. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide leadership to improve educational opportunities and outcomes for all students through the effective use of program funding and resources. Collaborate with district and campus staff to support continuous academic improvement.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Masters degree in educational administration
- Principal Certification
- Superintendent Certification
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of state and federal grant application budgeting and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret data and evaluate program effectiveness
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with TEA guidelines and ESSA requirements
Experience:
- Three years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Three years of experience in campus or districtlevel leadership
- Experience in state and/or federal program management preferred
