As a Sourcing Manager you will join our global Sourcing team who is responsible for both project sourcing and strategic sourcing and supports all business units as a group function including affiliate companies. In this role youll be managing and optimizing IT and softwarerelated agreements including enterprise software licenses SaaS IT services infrastructure and digital tools.
Youll have the opportunity to work on both category and supplier management driving cost efficiency ensuring compliance and aligning with IT and business needs. To support bestinclass supplier management and indirect sourcing processes youll collaborate closely with the IT department and key stakeholders across the organization.
In this role you will:
Lead sourcing activities for IT and software including enterprise software licenses SaaS IT services and cloud solutions.
Negotiate and manage software agreements ensuring cost optimization compliance and risk mitigation.
Run RFx processes to identify evaluate and select the best IT and software suppliers.
Develop and implement supplier governance frameworks to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies data security and software license regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with IT and business needs.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality cost efficiency and contractual compliance.
Please note: This role may include occasional 10 domestic or international travel which would be communicated weeks in advance.
What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a sourcing professional with strong negotiation skills who has a solid grasp of IT and software sourcing to drive our indirect sourcing activities.
We are looking for someone that has:
3 years of experience in sourcing procurement or vendor management roles within IT software or technology procurement.
Experience with managing software license agreements SaaS contracts or IT service agreements.
Experience with running RFx processes and supplier evaluations for IT and software solutions.
Foundational understanding of procurement methods contract management risk assessment and supplier governance.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost savings while ensuring high service quality.
Proactivity analytical mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
