We re looking for a Sourcing Partner in Manila who s ready to operate at a higher level.
You ll be joining a sourcing crew of 6 embedded in a 20-person recruitment team that partners with ambitious clients across Australia the US and the UK.
This isn t about just screening CVs this is full-spectrum sourcing. AI tools proactive outreach pipelines insight-led search and candidate engagement that actually feels human.
What you ll do:
- Run deep calibrations with our recruiters to nail briefs from day one
- Use Boolean data mining and AI tools to source passive talent
- Own outreach and screening calls you talk to every candidate first
- Tag talent pool and leave Zoho cleaner than you found it
- Build pipelines for now and for what s next
- Weekly roundups sharp updates and insights that make hiring faster and smarter
Requirements
What we re looking for:
- At least 3 years sourcing or end-to-end recruitment experience
- Someone who lives in LinkedIn job boards and online communities
- A communicator who can pitch the hell out of a role and qualify hard
- Organised tech-savvy and relentless in the hunt
- Has worked in a BPO RPO or agency setting
- Wants to be part of a team that s building something better

Education
Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting or other related fields.
