Job Description
Skills:
Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript Python
Database: Postgres
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (S3 SQS etc. and/or GCP Docker Terraform
AI Development Tools: AIpowered coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot Tabnine) LLMbased development enhancements
Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain highly scalable backend applications and APIs using TypeScript and Postgres.
- Utilize AIpowered coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Tabnine) to enhance development speed improve code quality and ensure system reliability.
- Design and optimize systems for high scalability and performance as the business rapidly expands.
- Integrate thirdparty services and external APIs to extend platform capabilities and enhance functionality.
- Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline fulfillment operations internal workflows and machine learning initiatives.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product data and frontend teams to quickly deliver highimpact features and improvements.
- Ensure that backend systems are secure welldocumented and thoroughly tested to meet industry standards.
- Move quickly and iterate on features ensuring rapid development and deployment without compromising on code quality or system reliability.
- Address complex technical challenges and effectively communicate with both technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring alignment and informed decisionmaking
