Job Description

Arcadia University invites applications for Adjunct Professors (part time) for the College of Health Sciences. The number of parttime instructors hired by the department varies from semester to semester depending upon the needs of the program. When a position is available qualified applicants may be contacted for an interview and asked to submit further documentation. While there may not be immediate openings the hiring manager will review applications when openings do occur.

Arcadias College of Health Sciences (CHS) houses the Universitys Community and Global Public Health Health Education Medical Science (Physician Assistant Studies) and Physical Therapy programs. Through evidencebased practice and projectbased learning these programs prepare health care professionals for success in a rapidly changing global environment with applied and pro bono clinical thesis work clinical rotations international fieldwork and multicultural assessment. Graduates of Arcadias CHS programs are at the forefront of their respective fields and employed by leading health organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Job responsibilities include teaching disciplinespecific lectures or laboratories responding to student inquiries using Blackboard to post lectures and grades and abiding by all relevant university and/or departmental procedures and policies.
