Role Overview As the Creative Lead you ll be the driving force behind the agencys creative vision leading a multidisciplinary team of designers animators and copywriters. You will champion big ideas and translate business objectives into compelling campaigns across digital platforms. You ll be both a handson leader and a strategic thinker responsible for maintaining the agency s creative standards and pushing boundaries.
Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Strategy
- Define and lead the creative vision across all client and internal campaigns.
- Collaborate with strategy media and account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Inspire and manage the creative team setting clear goals and providing mentorship.
- Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations with compelling creative proposals.
- Develop and refine processes to ensure timely and highquality creative delivery.
- Creative Direction
- Oversee concept development ensuring all creative output aligns with brand strategy.
- Review and approve all creative assets providing constructive feedback where needed.
- Stay ahead of digital trends tools and technologies ensuring the team is innovating with purpose.
- Set the tone for the agency s creative voice and visual identity.
- Client Engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as the creative lead in meetings.
- Understand client industries objectives and challenges to inform more effective creative solutions.
- Present and defend creative concepts clearly and passionately.
Skills & Experience - 8 years in a creative role with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a digital marketing agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking across a variety of platforms.
- Exceptional storytelling ability both visual and verbal.
- Experience managing and scaling creative teams.
- Strong understanding of digitalfirst campaigns social media content video branding and UX/UI principles.
- Adept at pitching presenting and selling creative ideas.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Desirable - Experience with performancedriven creative and datainformed design.
- Knowledge of SEO paid media and development is a bonus.
- Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe CC Figma and project management software.
