Our client a fastgrowing provider of digital and software solutions is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team in Cyprus. This person will drive new business acquisition nurture existing accounts and represent the companys expanding presence across the region.
The role focuses on promoting a wide range of digital offerings including ERP systems custom applications websites and cloudbased solutions while collaborating closely with colleagues across the Mediterranean.
Location: Hybrid Larnaca
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Cyprus (and occasionally Greece)Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing clientsPromote a range of solutions including ERP systems custom software web development and cloud toolsConduct client meetings and product demos both inperson and onlineCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project handoversRepresent the brand at industry events and presentationsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIsLeverage a strong commission structure to maximise earningsRequirements:
3 to 5 years experience in business development or sales within the software or IT services sectorBackground in selling ERP systems web solutions custom apps or digital servicesStrong account management skills with a focus on client retentionExperience with ERP platforms such as Odoo is highly beneficialFamiliarity with cloudbased tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 SaaS) is an assetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident working both independently and within remote teamsWillingness to travel across Cyprus and occasionally to GreeceFluency in Greek and English is highly preferred
