Our mission is to foster collaboration innovation and success through a dynamic online and offline network a comprehensive resource hub engaging events and thought leadership initiatives.
Position: Events Ambassador Volunteer
Location: Virtual or in Berlin

Tasks
As an event volunteer your main focus will be on promoting our events online and assisting with event organisation. Responsibilities include:
- Event Promotion: Support our communications team by creating and sharing content on social media engaging with the community and helping boost event visibility.
- Event Organisation: Assist in planning coordinating and executing both virtual and inperson events.
- Community Engagement: Interact with attendees online help answer questions and keep the energy high before and during events.
- Speaker & Session Support: Coordinate with speakers support logistics and help sessions run smoothly.
- Digital Resource Management: Help organise and share materials like event schedules speaker bios and more
- Organise Events on site booking the hotel for our speakers venues
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Motivated reliable individuals who are passionate about womens empowerment and business
- Strong communication skills and a positive proactive attitude
- Interest or experience in social media and digital communication
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluent or proficient in written and spoken English (our working language)
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom Canva or Instagram is a plus but not required
