Job Description

Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. This position is critical to ensuring the company remains competitive and positions itself favorably in the marketplace. Business Development Executives are responsible for analyzing market trends proposing strategic initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling value propositions. They are the frontline ambassadors for the companys services and products engaging in discussions that influence and build customer loyalty. Proficiency in networking consultation and digital engagement is essential for this role as it requires not just identifying leads but also nurturing those leads into longlasting partnerships. As a dynamic team member the Business Development Executive must exhibit resilience adaptability and a solutionoriented mindset to meet the everevolving demands of the market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and promotional plans.
  • Generate and track sales leads through different channels.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking functions.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database for future reference.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to develop longterm growth strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and market dynamics to suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing finance and operations to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customeroriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and resultsdriven.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
