Job Description:
Qylis a leader in cloud data and cybersecurity services is seeking a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in sourcing screening and managing the endtoend recruitment cycle for IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels including job portals social media networking and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and evaluate applicants skills experience and job fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews acting as a point of contact between the candidate and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting sourcing interviews and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment reports and keep track of all open positions.
- Work with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter specializing in sourcing and hiring for IT roles.
- Indepth knowledge of various IT technologies and job profiles.
- Experience in using job portals and social media for recruiting.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership and a problemsolving mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources IT or a related field.
