Job Description:
The Manager of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Must have experience working with US Clients and BPO.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects (Strong Command in all relevant Software).
Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
Support business development by providing technical expertise.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
3 to 5 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD PVsyst Helioscope Sketchup Aurora).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
