Job Description

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role will be an adept recruiter with great leadership skills and possess the eagerness to fill in the roles in a costefficient way. Being proactive creative resourceful and able to adapt to a fastpaced environment is essential to this role.
  • Identify interview and recruit qualified professionals for per diem assignments.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels strategic planning and referrals.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships acting as a point of contact to understand hiring needs provide
  • updates and ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Using various software including word processing spreadsheets databases and presentation software.
  • Provide general administrative and human resource support.
  • Own assigned tasks & drive results.
  • Managing projects and assisting the director on a daytoday basis with tasks as required.


Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Psychology or any relevant field.
  • 3 years of proven work experience as a 180 Recruiter within the Australian environment in various verticals preferably Executive Search.
  • Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Experienced using ATS tools (Jobadder etc..
  • Experienced in CV Formatting Job Description Writing.
  • Experience in the recruitment process (Profile Checking Reference Checking Sourcing Screening etc..
  • Extensive experience in Candidate Mapping.
  • Ability to learn and use other industryrelated software.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills.
  • Creative. Ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a flexible multitasking environment.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Attention to detail must be impeccable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with coworkers.
  • Must be highly organized and prioritize daily workload.
Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: Hybrid/ WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST 07:00 AM 04:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region. Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels. Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc. & work authorizations. Should be familiar with IT resource market of North America region. Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn Strong communication & client interaction skills Experience in advanced sourcing techniques. Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
