Duty Manager Luxury Boutique Hotel Franschhoek
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and experienced Duty Manager to join a leading luxury boutique hotel based in Franschhoek. This exciting role is ideal for a highly organized and servicedriven individual who thrives in a fastpaced highend environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth efficient and professional service delivery
Provide exceptional guest and client support managing queries and resolving issues promptly
Act as the point of contact during shifts taking full ownership of operational needs
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless of services and packages
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to uphold service excellence
Ensure company policies procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
Maintain safety security and hygiene standards
Complete shift reports and handovers accurately
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
A clientfirst attitude with a passion for delivering premium service
Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
