Job Title: Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Job Summary
Direct and oversee all operational administrative marketing and admissions functions across
all the Schools. The COO is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective support systems are
in place to enable smooth school operations strategic enrollment growth strong brand visibility
and exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all campus administrative functions ensuring operational efficiency
compliance and alignment with the organization s standards.
Lead the full admissions cycle across schools from inquiries to enrollment ensuring a
streamlined responsive and parentfriendly process.
Provide strategic direction for brand visibility school promotions and community
engagement initiatives.
Monitor enrollment trends and support strategic planning for student recruitment and
retention.
Manage the planning and of operational logistics including transport catering
procurement and event coordination.
Oversee the maintenance and safety of all school facilities and ensure adherence to
health safety and risk management protocols.
Collaborate with the CFO to manage operational budgets ensuring costeffective and
impactful service delivery.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to operations admissions and
marketing across all schools.
Coordinate internal and external communications and ensure timely clear dissemination
of information across departments. This includes newsletters posters publications etc
Support the CEO in strategic planning business continuity and organizational growth
initiatives
Requirements
Educational Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Operations Management or a
related field
Master s degree in Educational Leadership Marketing Operations or Business
Administration preferred
Related Job Experience: Number of years and nature of previous work experience required to
successfully perform the job
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations marketing or school administration
Experience in an educational institution or multicampus environment is an added
advantage
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
