Job Description

To support this growth the company is seeking a strategic and peoplefirst Head of Human Resources to join its leadership team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping a highperforming valuesdriven culture and building an HR function that aligns with the company s evolving vision and workforce needs.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





  • Define and lead the of an HR strategy that aligns with business goals and brand values.


  • Partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning talent strategy and organizational design.


  • Design learning and development programs tailored to retail operations creative roles and management teams.


  • Foster a vibrant inclusive and purposedriven work environment that inspires employees to do their best work.


  • Champion initiatives that align internal culture with the brand s mission of empowering children and families.


  • Manage organizational change efforts to ensure alignment and buyin across teams during periods of transformation.


  • Develop a performance management framework that supports growth accountability and continuous feedback.



Requirements

WHAT TO HAVE




  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration Industrial Relations or a related field; a Master s (MBA/HRM) is a strong advantage.

  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g. CIPM SHRM HRCI) are highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.

  • Proven ability to scale HR operations in multilocation retail and/or ecommerce environments.

  • Experience leading crossfunctional HR teams and working closely with executive leadership.

  • Strong strategic thinker with a track record in organizational design change management and culture building.

  • Skilled in talent development employee engagement and creating inclusive purposedriven cultures.

  • Proficient in compensation planning HR budgeting and HRIS/datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence empathy and stakeholder management skills.

  • Resultsdriven adaptable and effective in fastpaced highgrowth settings.
