Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for a highend hotel property based in the beautiful Seychelles. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a luxury hotel group and lead their F&B operations in a worldclass setting.
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars room service and events
Lead and manage the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Monitor and control food and beverage inventory and costs to ensure profitability
Maintain and implement standard operating procedures for service excellence
Drive revenue by creating innovative F&B promotions and upselling initiatives
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain highquality food standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve servicerelated issues promptly and professionally
Provide training mentoring and performance evaluations for F&B staff
Participate in budgeting forecasting and strategic planning for F&B operations
Minimum of 3 5 years experience in a Food and Beverage Manager role within a luxury hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sound knowledge of food and beverage trends cost control and service standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fastpaced environment
International experience in island or resort locations is advantageous
Relevant hospitality or F&B qualification is preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
