Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a ML/AI Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy machine learning models for use cases like property recommendations pricing predictions and virtual assistants.
- Build scalable data pipelines to clean preprocess and integrate data from multiple sources (MLS data user behavior financial trends geospatial data).
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product engineering and design teams to translate business goals into AI solutions.
- Develop and integrate robust APIs to ensure realtime performance and reliability of AI services.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and optimize platform capabilities.
- Monitor and refine production models to maintain performance and accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest ML/AI advancements and apply innovative approaches to real estate tech challenges.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in machine learning data science or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and handson experience with ML frameworks TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn).
Experience in building data pipelines (Apache Spark Airflow or similar tools). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and ML services (e.g. SageMaker GCP AI Platform).
- Experience with realtime data integration and API development.
- Bonus: experience with real estate data (e.g. MLS systems) and geospatial datasets.
- Independent proactive problemsolver comfortable in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
