Job Description

Job Title: HR Admin
Location: CG Road Ahmedabad (with regular travel to Prahladnagar & Thaltej stores)
Industry: Retail
Experience Required: 1–2 years in HR/Admin role within the retail industry
Preferred Gender: Male
Transport Requirement: Own vehicle is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Admin to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will support daytoday HR functions including recruitment payroll housekeeping coordination and general administrative tasks. This role requires frequent visits to our retail outlets located at Prahladnagar and Thaltej.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Handle endtoend recruitment for store and support staff positions

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs

  • Schedule and conduct interviews issue offer letters and manage joining formalities

Payroll & Attendance:

  • Maintain attendance records and leave management system

  • Assist in salary processing and resolving payrollrelated queries

  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF ESIC etc.

Housekeeping & Facility Management:

  • Supervise housekeeping and ensure store and office cleanliness

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility upkeep

  • Ensure timely availability of office supplies and materials

Employee Engagement & HR Activities:

  • Address employee grievances and support a healthy work environment

  • Assist in conducting training sessions and teambuilding activities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Travel & Store Coordination:

  • Regularly visit our stores at Prahladnagar and Thaltej to ensure smooth HR operations

  • Coordinate with store managers for staffing discipline and support needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR/Administrative role preferably in the retail industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

  • Male candidates preferred

  • Must possess a twowheeler or personal vehicle for regular site visits

Working Days & Hours:

  • 6 days a week (rotational weekly off)

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may vary based on store requirements)
