Job Role: Salesforce Product Owner & Administrator
Experience : 7.5 Years
Location: Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator managing system configuration workflows security settings profiles roles permission sets and data integrity.
Oversee user management including setup deactivation and permission adjustments.
Monitor Salesforce health performance and security ensuring system compliance with organizational standards.
Manage data integrity and deduplication efforts implementing best practices for data quality and governance.
Identify diagnose and resolve system issues providing technical support and training for end users.
Oversee Salesforce releases ensuring system updates and enhancements align with business needs.
Translate business requirements into clear business documentation epics and user stories.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Partner with stakeholders architects and IT teams to convert business requirements into system solutions.
Define product roadmaps ensuring solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.
Drive enhancements and system improvements ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Work with QA teams to develop and maintain regression test suites.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs before deployment.
Maintain traceability of product and release goals ensuring business alignment.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams.
Foster strong relationships with internal business units IT teams and vendors.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive adoption training and best practices.
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on Salesforce performance adoption and upcoming changes.
