Next Coms Talk is currently seeking a detailoriented and organized Office Clerk to join our administrative team in Tampa FL. The Office Clerk will play a key role in supporting daytoday office operations and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Prepare and process documents reports and correspondence
Answer and route incoming calls and emails
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with data entry and database management
Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Perform general office duties and maintain a clean organized work environment
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
