Our client is a renowned international company in the energy sector active in more than 100 countries intending to develop energy solutions that contribute to making a difference on the planet and is currently looking for a Commercial Support Officer - Back Office.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing and sending proposals orders and technical/commercial documentation.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with clients providing information clarifying doubts and meeting deadlines.
- Manage administrative processes related to the sales cycle: order registration tracking invoicing and documentation handling.
- Keep the CRM system updated with customer data proposals and relevant interactions.
- Assist in organising internal and external meetings by preparing support materials (reports presentations etc.).
- Produce regular reports on commercial activity and key performance indicators.
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics engineering finance etc.) to ensure efficient response to commercial needs.
- Support the organisation of commercial events and trade fairs when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or commercial support roles (preferred).
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish English and/or French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously working autonomously and collaboratively.
