WHAT YOULL DO
As a Sr. Technical Project Manager at Burwood you will be responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects and programs within client accounts. You will ensure adherence to industrywide and Burwoodspecific best practices to bestinclass delivery quality and to proactive management of project profitability. You will support and champion broader engagement within select enterprise accounts to expand the impact of project outcomes to grow customer relationships and to encourage future business. You walk the walk for your PMO and Professional Services peers modeling a relentless commitment to elite thorough and intuitive program management and consulting skills.
Project and Account Leadership
Serves as natural and formal leader within active affiliated client accounts; supports wider account team in definition and of overall account strategy.
Executes program/project management and consulting functions in an expert fashion driving profitability of Burwoods IT project portfolio ensuring top notch quality and driving client satisfaction within affiliated customer base.
Serves as a point of clientfacing escalation for affiliated customer base; engages as escalation point to resolve delivery/client satisfaction issues.
Exemplifies fundamental/101 201 and 301 delivery standards and best practices.
Develops a Trusted Advisor reputation and relationship with enterprise clients through sound and reliable delivery proactive and responsive communication andteamcentric leadership.
Partners with Account Executives Architects and Practice Area Leadership during presales to develop estimates proposals and othernecessary sales documentation.
Qualifications :
WHO YOU ARE
You have 8 or more years of project management experience leading technical (infrastructure or cloudbased) and advisory projects
You are preferably versed in managing work in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
You have at least one Project Managementcentric certification preferably PMP or CSM
You have worked in an array of PPM platforms
You are competent in building presentations process value mapping workflow diagrams and SOWs
Nice To Have: Experience managing or supporting initiatives anchored in merger and acquisition cycles

The Compensation packages at Burwood Group are based on various factors unique to each candidate including work location skillset experience qualifications market conditions and other jobrelated reasons. The estimated salary range for this role is $130000 to $150000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. Sales roles have an additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
