Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for leading mentoring and motivating your team ensuring they deliver professional efficient and friendly service to our guests. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with the daytoday operations in both the restaurant and banquets.
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast Lunch and Dinner meal periods;
- Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great Food & Beverage;
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with analysing performance rostering and budgeting;
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
Qualifications :
- Passion for customer service;
- Supervisory experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team;
- Strong interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers;
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- Be available to work across a variety of shifts and
- Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in VIC.
