We are seeking a friendly and professional Conference Concierge to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Conference Concierge you will be the primary point of contact for conference attendees speakers and organizers ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.
- Greet and assist conference attendees providing a warm welcome and addressing their needs and inquiries
- Coordinate with event organizers to ensure smooth of conference schedules and activities
- Manage registration processes including checkin badge distribution and information packet dissemination
- Assist with room setup audiovisual equipment and other logistical aspects of the conference
- Provide information about local attractions transportation and dining options to attendees
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the conference
- Collaborate with venue staff caterers and other service providers to maintain high standards of service
- Maintain accurate records of attendee information special requests and conference activities
- Assist with postevent tasks including collecting feedback and preparing summary reports
- Ensure compliance with local customs and etiquette in Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in hospitality event planning or customer service
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Event Planning or related field (preferred)
- Certification in Event Planning or Hospitality Management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness with experience working in multicultural environments
- Knowledge of conference and event management practices
- Familiarity with local customs and etiquette in Jeddah Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
