Job Description
Answer external phone calls and provide information to customers
Ensure accurate and complete updates on the hotels products and services
Promote the hotels products and services
Support the department when requested
Qualifications :
Confident in English communication
Good health and a strong service mindset
Willing to work overtime upon department request
At least 1 year of experience in a related field
