The role will report to: BU Manager Oncology.
- Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new product launch readiness marketing objectives strategies advertising and promotion.
- Manage and develop new product life cycle plans.
- Lead brand/infield team to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with partner companies about product objectives.
- Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts pricing and expense budgets.
- Forecast product requirements and develop contingency plans.
- Analyze market trends and sales potential and propose forecasts.
- Maintain contact with key customers and address complaints/suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Achieve sales margin and market share annual goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher with over 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience in the oncology market (particularly solid tumors) in marketing and sales.
- Experience with new product launches.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong business awareness and analytical skills including strategic thinking and business planning.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally to achieve results.
- Strong communication skills.
