We have an opportunity for a Lead Program Management Excellence position in our AbbVie Care division. In this role you will be responsible for leading the AbbVie Care Senior program managers team in charge of the overall operations of the Oncology Parkinson Disease Migraine and Specialties patient support programs.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the team of Senior Program Managers fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented environment.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with AbbVies mission and objectives.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the daily operations of patient support programs to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve program efficiency.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners ensuring highquality service delivery and compliance with contracts.
- Negotiate agreements and monitor vendor performance against set KPIs.
- Financial Management:
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the programs ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor expenditures and implement costcontrol measures to optimize program resources.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program performance and outcomes.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in business Sciences or other relevant field.
Experience and knowledge
- Proven track record in leadership management and coaching of crossfunctional teams or functional individuals.
- Broad business perspective and strong understanding of strategic drivers.
- Strong capability to analyze patient and customer insights from data and analytics.
- Experience in leading large project plans and monitoring and tracking of milestones and key dates.
- Experience with Patient support program vendors management

- Ability to negotiate projects resources and timelines.
- Demonstrate political savvy and strong business judgment.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to navigate competing priorities.
- Quickly resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver high quality presentations.
