Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Cloud Administration and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the design implementation and optimization of Paynamics cloud infrastructure. This includes ensuring scalability security and availability while leading cloud development initiatives and driving continuous improvements in cloud services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cloud Strategy Definition Develop and implement cloud architecture best practices optimizing services for scalability and performance.

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability fault tolerance and seamless scalability.

Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud usage identify costsaving opportunities and optimize resources for budget efficiency.

Security Compliance: Implement security measures to protect cloud resources ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cloud engineers providing guidance and fostering skill development to align with organizational goals.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with cloud service providers ensuring service levels and addressing performance issues.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on cloud trends and drive improvements in systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Cloud Administration and Development Manager is accountable for the performance security and costefficiency of cloud operations. They lead the strategy for multicloud architecture manage cloud infrastructure and develop a highperforming cloud team. Additionally they drive cloud security initiatives and costoptimization strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management or related roles.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud).

At least 2 years in a leadership role managing cloud teams.

Familiarity with cloud security protocols and cost optimization strategies.

Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Azure) and ITIL Foundation certification are a plus.
