The opportunity:
The National Child and Family Hubs Network is seeking a skilled Policy and Advocacy Lead to help drive our mission to strengthen Child and Family Hubs across Australia. This is a parttime role 15.2 hours per week) that offers the chance to make a real impact on the future of families and children across the nation.
As the Policy and Advocacy Lead you will play a key role in developing and implementing advocacy plans that align with the Networks longterm strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Manager the Hubs Team and the Networks Advocacy Working Group to strengthen the Networks reputation as a trusted partner to government and a thought leader in the sector.
Your work will help influence policy changes and ensure Child and Family Hubs are better connected to the broader early years ecosystem. You will be responsible for producing highquality reports policy submissions presentations and other communication products to drive systemic change.

Through our Child and Family Hubs (Hubs) we provide a safe welcoming space where families can access essential services build social networks and thrive. Our vision is that every family in Australia can walk through the door of a Child and Family Hub and receive the care and support they need at the right time.
