The Client
Join an innovative boutique firm in Melbournes South Eastern suburbs and build a longterm successful career. This is a well established firm that has operated for over 40 years. A 5partner firm with clients mainly in Victoria but also state and nationwide. They are extremely growth oriented and continuously promote within the organisation.
The Role
We are looking for someone who has 7 years Business Services & Tax experience within a public practice and who would like to join an innovative and progressive accounting firm with a large national network.
Take charge of a small team and report to the senior management in the company.
The Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managers and Partners in the office and manage a client portfolio
- Tax planning & tax returns for clients
- Advise clients in relation to business operations & regulatory matter
- Work closely with clients on a range of business advisory needs including business restructuring and cash flow management
- Work with other specialists to provide a full range of services to clients
- Oversee and manage junior staff members
The Applicant
- 7 years experience in public practice
- A university degree in Accounting Commerce or equivalent
- CA or CPA qualification in place
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team working attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
