The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) data analytics and insights generation. This position requires a blend of analytical skills data privacy and security acumen in health context and a strong understanding of AI and data technologies.

What youll do

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements related to AI data and insights.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization using AI and datadriven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Create user stories use cases and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data sources data models and data pipelines.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders in Looker and Looker Studio via Big Query.
• Identify and address data Privacy and Security issues
• Participate in project planning and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data science engineering and business units.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation including business requirements functional specifications and user guides.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on AI and datadriven solutions.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in AI data analytics and business analysis.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another cloud provider.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with AI data analytics or business intelligence projects.
• Confidence in communicating complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Advanced expertise in data analytics and visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) strong SQL skills and experience with Vertex AI and Python.
• Experience building data procedures and scheduling and orchestrating data pipelines.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
• Experience with the data offerings in Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of health data
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud AWS Azure) and source control (GitHub).
• Exposure to financial reporting
• Solid background in project management and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
