Job Description
MB Attorney Search is pleased to partner with our prestigious national law firm client seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney to join their growing teams in Kansas City or St. Louis Missouri.
About the Role: As a Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney youll handle a dynamic caseload of medical malpractice litigation working closely with experienced trial attorneys known for their expertise and success in defending healthcare providers hospitals and related entities.
Responsibilities Include:
Actively participating in all stages of litigation from initial discovery through trial.
Conducting depositions and witness preparation.
Drafting pleadings motions and briefs.
Collaborating effectively with senior attorneys and litigation teams.
Qualifications:
At least one year of litigation experience with strong preference for direct medical malpractice defense experience.
Admission to the Missouri Bar or eligibility to waive in promptly.
Exceptional analytical research and writing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative highperforming team.
