Job Description.
Most important:
In previous setup we had 1x platform 1x team with all process managers.
In new setup we have multiple platforms 1x team of change managers supporting the same process for multiple platforms. This is currently being build.
Flexibility is key. Ready to Change as well.
This person has to
o support me (and the team) in this change as there will be a lot of changes in the people process tools and documentation in 2025.
o learn the change process which is currently fragmented over the different platforms. The goal is to harmonize this in 2025 and onwards
o learn the different platforms which we will support as from 192024. This is a joint effort with all process managers in the team.
