Our Talent Acquisition function is responsible for attracting engaging and onboarding marketleading talent into the organization. We are looking for a Regional Head of Recruitment to lead the team of recruiters in delivering hiring plans across Markit Intelligence Enterprise Data Organization and S&P Dow Jones Indices.
It will be important that you build strong relationships to collaborate with peers people partners and key leaders to get results for the Talent Acquisition function. As part of the recruiting team youll have resources to get things done and autonomy to lead strategy and define tactics to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
Anticipate team needs and growth and hire flex and stretch to meet changing business demands
Selfmotivated and selfassured; the ability to collaborate is needed but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without a ton of direction
Execute the talent acquisition strategy to meet the businesss current and future needs; specifically scaling the recruiting efforts to support a highgrowth organization
Drive team performance through the utilization of metric and datacentred decisions
Own senior leader relationships across businesses establishing yourself as a credible and trusted voice of TA
Create lead and achieve buyin to a TA roadmap including a functional EVP and gotomarket strategy
Recognize and embrace opportunities for positive change to recruitment processes and behaviours in both TA and the wider business
Work closely with your TA leadership peers to cocreate and deliver on the strategic vision
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and Implement corrective actions based on audit findings
Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors providing recruitment solutions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
Collaborate and work closely with other regional leaders to maintain a global alignment within TA
What Were Looking For:
Were looking for an established recruitment leader with a proven record of operational delivery in largescale complex environments.
Deep understanding of the Indian talent market challenges opportunities and trends
7 years of experience in team management or leadership role
Experience in successfully navigating within a matrixed organization
Track record of optimizing recruitment systems and processes (i.e. Workday)
A strong business partner with excellent communication skills who understands the nuances of leading through ambiguity
