Job Description
This newly created position will be managing the Service Administration and Builds Administration team at our new assembly facility. You will report to the Fleet Delivery Manager and will be responsible for contractor maintenance regarding the facility and managing administration duties relevant to machine assemblies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in obtaining competitive supplier quotes & tendering of goods & services
- Review of cost sheet reconciliations to drive efficiencies and cost savings regarding assembly operations
- WIP Management
- Review of factory warranty disputed claims and submission times to achieve KPIs
- Manage contractors relating to facility maintenance to ensure compliance for auditing purposes
About you
- Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field (Desirable)
- Ability to interpret contracts for supply tendering (desirable)
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
