What Youll Do:
- Handle incoming calls maintaining a minimum of 75 calls daily
- Listen to and process afterhours voicemails
- Make outbound calls and respond to callback requests
- Confirm and/or reschedule cancel patient appointments
- Follow office guidelines
- Offer the soonest available appointment
- Utilize TEAMS tasking and/or email to manage referrals prescription refills preauthorizations medical record requests patient complaints etc.
- Schedule appointments for all offices including new patient appointments followup appointments cosmetic consultations and cosmetic appointments (All surgeries including excisions & Mohs procedures should be emailed or transferred to the appropriate office)
- Transfer preop calls to the designated representative for each location
- Transfer biopsy results calls to the designated representative for each location
- Submit medical records requests to the correct department (OFFICE or MEDICAL RECORDS)
- Position will report to the onsite supervisor and the call center manager
