Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aClinical Nurse Manager (RN required)for our Charleston SC Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Charleston SCand surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Supervise a team of field nurses (LPNs and RNs).
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients forsupervisory/assessment visits in Charleston SC and other surrounding areas.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN.
- Experience with trachs/vents is preferred but not a requirement
- Supervisory experience a plus.
