About the Role:
We are seeking a forwardthinking and datadriven Strategy Analyst to join our Customer Support division based in Adelaide or Perth. This newly created position is critical in enabling strategic alignment enhancing customer experience and driving longterm aftermarket growth across Australias mining operations.
In this role youll work crossfunctionally with operations technical services sales and engineering teams to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on market intelligence data analysis and industry trends. Youll also lead projects that improve service offerings digital tools and forecasting capabilities directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

In this highly collaborative role with an immediate start:
- Develop and deliver market intelligence reports to inform customer support strategy
- Analyse industry trends and provide datadriven insights into equipment performance current positioning customer needs and areas of opportunity
- Collaborate with business units to develop business cases to support prioritization of strategic initiatives
- Support delivery and optimisation of strategic initiatives as required
- Develop models to anticipate service demand in the context of evolving markets
- Support the preparation of executive updates
Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A bachelors degree in business Accounting Marketing Engineering or other relevant field
- Proven experience in developing market intelligence and synthesising strategic insights
- Strong business acumen analytical reporting and forecasting skills
- A commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
Desirable Requirements:
Ideally you will have:
- 2 years working in inhouse strategy or management consulting for one of the big 4 or boutique strategy consulting firms
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) with demonstrated experience in strategy or transformation within a consulting or OEM environment
- Demonstrated experience working for large complex multinational organisations
- Demonstrated experience working within a continuous improvement framework
- Regional or international exposure and/or experience
- Experience with digital tools and data analytics platforms
