The grill cook prepares short order grill cooking of items in the dining room. Coordinates own food production with others so foods are ready and served as specifies times. Prepares sandwiches and serves a variety of food to customers. The incumbent slices meat and cheese items and cashiers. In the cashiering role assures that proper cash handling techniques cash records and security is maintained. May relieve in other food service production areas as needed to meet the needs of the department. Food prepared by the Grill Cook follows a recipe but does not take a high level of cooking expertise.Job Description:

Pay Range is $25.09 to $30.52 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
