About the Role

Flexible Hours: Permanent parttime positions available with flexible hours Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm).
Attractive Pay: Enjoy a competitive base hourly rate of $32.67 11 superannuation plus up to $15900 in taxfree salary packaging boosting your takehome pay.
Travel Allowances: $0.99 per km for travel and paid travel between services.
Mobile Allowance: Daily mobile allowance when using your device for workrelated purposes.

What Youll Do:
Provide Care & Companionship: Offer essential support like personal care helping clients stay independent in their homes.
Inhome help and support: Help clients with daily tasks like cleaning shopping and transportation to appointments.
Make a Difference: Enjoy the rewarding feeling of enhancing the lives of older adults in the Bendigo area.
Provide PersonCentred Support: Be there to meet your clients unique needs and create meaningful connections.
Who Were Looking For:
- A Certificate III or above in Aged Care Disability or similar field is required.
- Current drivers license.
- Reliable insured car for travel.
- Confidence using smartphones or tablets for workrelated tasks.
- First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
