Collaborating closely with the CEO the Vice President (VP) of Industrial Sales plays a pivotal role in shaping the companys broader strategy and overseeing the of complex customer engagements. This role is instrumental in driving strategic partnerships across industrial sectors including but not limited to construction infrastructure heavy lifting equipment operations and logistics.
In addition to managing the full customer lifecycle from opportunity to closure the VP leads the development of a highperforming sales organization. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with a handson approach to business development and team leadership ensuring operational alignment and sustainable revenue growth across global industrial markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees in the Industrial Sales division. Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing selecting hiring and training employees planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems. For Exempt Managers: Managers that carry out these responsibilities for two or more employees will have significant input in hiring and termination decisions.

In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the compensation for this role is $150000 $250000 per year however Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience education/training and key skills.
