As a Sr. Technical Program Manager I you will make a direct impact towards our missions of protecting life capturing truth and never missing a critical moment. As a Technical Program Manager you will leverage your leadership skills and expertise to partner with engineering and product management teams to drive projects from inception through design development and deployment. Youll collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate initial proposals into executable plans ensuring that requirements are clear. Once plans are developed you ensure plans stay on track by leveraging mechanisms that manage scope risks and ensure healthy heartbeat to ensure initiatives to develop new products and features are completed ontime onbudget delight our customers and make a measurable social impact.
The team you will work on is developing a new 0 to 1 product for Axon and your role will be the technical launch manager for all softwarefocused deliverables in coordination with hardware timelines.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Technical Program Manager who has a proven track record of executing and coordinating complex software deliverables across multiple teams and job roles. Sitting at the middle of product design and engineering you should love to build relationships across a wide variety of personalities while driving the of the product. You leverage your technical expertise and detailoriented mindset to help the team identify prioritize and troubleshoot blockers and manage cross team dependencies.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company meaning compensation is made up of base pay bonus and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 128588 in the lowest geographic market and USD 205740 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level function training transferable skills work experience business needs geographic market and often a combination of all these factors.
