We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented HR Generalist to support our human resources initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who is peoplefocused highly organized and eager to contribute to a fastpaced technologydriven environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes including job postings interviews background checks and new hire orientation
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
- Maintain and update employee records in Company Cloud Server
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies
- Assist with payroll employee relations and workplace investigations as needed
- Coordinate training sessions and HRrelated events
- Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational changes
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field/ or SHRM Certified.
- 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g. Coastal Payroll ADP BambooHR etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- HR certification (PHR SHRMCP) is a plus
