Job Title: Project Manager Fulltime
Salary: $95K$110K DOE plus Benefits

To be successful in this role the Project Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing life cycle for our products. Our products are fast paced our clients are demanding and we are looking for someone to thrive in this type of intense environment. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships negotiating timelines with suppliers and for ensuring that a quality product gets built on time and within budget.
What you will do as the Project Manager
Interact with internal teams to communicate status and gather requirements Engineers Estimator Programmers etc.
Liaise with external fabricators to communicate direction and ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Rapidly learn the product design intent and technical requirements for each project
Manage Bill of Materials and work with Engineering to ensure suitable components are specified.
Manage sourcing and suppliers. Identify new suppliers if required. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and ensure timelines are met.
Establish systems and processes for managing parts inventory and delivery to assembly manufacturer.
Lead project planning and create project plan documentation. Establish appropriate controls to manage timeline and budget.
Compile and present project status schedule and budget to company management.
Make recommendations for areas where the company can make design or process changes for improving quality and timetomarket.
This is a role for someone who can drop into an extremely fastpaced environment and implement structure efficiency and quality while meeting the demands of an agile organization.
What you Need to Succeed as the Project Manager
Excellent communication skills mechanical aptitude and a high sensitivity for design and quality.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
3D modelling (SolidWorks preferred) knowledge is a plus.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Experience in sourcing and supplier management.
Experience in startup environments.
Experience managing projects for prototype manufacturing.
3 years of Project Management experience
