Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.
Tasks:
- Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
- Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
- Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
- Identifies tracks monitors and communicates project-related issues scope changes variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
- Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
- Assigns and controls the tasks authorizes work packages balance priorities and workload in the team motivates project team members
- Plans and controls project products delivery processes
- Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
- Produces project management products (like plans logs schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
- Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
- Organizes and conducts project meetings
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience
Working knowledge of English:C1 level
Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods
Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant
Presents excellent communication skills including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
Aligns his work easily to the changing environment is able to work effectively in a variety of situations seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
Presents strong problem-solving skills
Displays strong leadership
Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues managers and suppliers
Experienced in organization of work in scrums
Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps
Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
Experienced in projects to implement ontology/taxonomy management systems
Experienced in projects aimed to develop Sharepoint based solution.
- Experienced in data integration projects
At least 1 certification among:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PM2 Agile
- or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
