Job Summary: Syntax Systems Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced FICO Consultant to join our professional services team specializing in SAP integration and business process optimization. In this role you will serve as a trusted expert in SAP FICO solutions working closely with clients to address complex challenges and deliver costeffective solutions. You will play a crucial role in demonstrating the added value of your expertise and our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials focusing on FI/CO modules including cost center accounting profit center accounting product costing profit and loss analysis project management unpaid expenses monthend closing and overhead allocation.
- Conduct detailed analyses of complex business process requirements providing appropriate system solutions while identifying interpreting validating and documenting client requirements.
- Develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
- Design customize configure and test FI/CO modules.
- Act as an intermediary with clients to resolve issues by investigating analyzing and solving softwarerelated problems.
- Document functional designs test scenarios and results.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
- Serve as a liaison between business functions and the technical team.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant (experience with S/4 Hana onprem or cloud is a significant asset).
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (required for interactions with clients partners and international subsidiaries).
- Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with additional SAP modules or related business processes.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
- SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
